TOP TIER SERVICE! My Smart oven stopped working properly; I tried to bake a coffee cake, and the top cooked, but the bottom was raw & gooey. I started looking for a replacement oven, thinking I would have to go this route, but in the end, I decided to call around for an appliance repair service. I called several places, and the companies didn't have anything until the end of the month or didn't service my area. I found FixPro via Google, and Zack answered right away. He came to my home within the hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. Zack was very professional and kind, and the turnaround time was quick (for context, my oven died Saturday evening, I called Sunday morning, it was fixed by Monday afternoon). The price was reasonable; not only will I use him in the future, but I will also be sharing his information with my own clients. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Zach is awesome! He’s timely and the communication was great. He was able to have the head board of our range fixed in record time. We’re so grateful no new range had to be purchased, as it’s an older appliance and no new parts can be purchased. Thank you, Zach!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Zach at Fix Pros. He originally came out to install a new garbage disposal for me and did a great job. I then had him look at my microwave door to see if he could fix it. While doing so he noticed the glass on the front of my microwave door has come loose and spent over an hour troubleshooting a way to fix it. He finally did and saved me from having to purchase a new unit. Zach of Fix Pros will be my first call for any appliance repairs I might have in the future.
